There are two primary ways to contact customer service:

  1. Use "Chat with support" in your account menu: as our preferred method of contact, you'll likely see quicker responses here than via email. Make sure you're logged in to see the messenger on all pages and keep track of all your past conversations.
  2. Email To assist you as quickly as possible, please provide the Email address associated with your Mage Market account or your Mage Market username and the order number if your request is related to a specific order, as well as a detailed description of your situation.
